COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will allow the student to select special topics in animation and produce animation under the guidance of an instructor. Students will be exposed to the various applications of animation and apply their animation skills to chosen topics.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
One of the objectives of this course is to expose the student to new types of software not currently being applied in the Computer Animation Department. These new softwares are solely for the purpose of keeping the student abreast of the ever changing landscape of software trends. Another aspect of the class is to educate the students on the importance of incorporating interactivity in the delivery of their print portfolio utilizing electronic media.

Upon successful completion of this
course you will be able to…

1. Design and create an interactive print portfolio CD.

2. Experiment with a variety of new software.

3. Utilize basic design principals in the creation of artwork.

4. Ealuate tasks and match to appropriate hardware.
