DESCRIPTION
Students will work in any necessary media to finalize portfolio books and
demo tapes for the portfolio review and show.
(Must be 7th-quarter student)
COURSE
OBJECTIVES
The objective of this course
is to compile a digital portfolio of your work, assess its strengths and weaknesses,
to correct those weaknesses and augment the strengths, and produce a professional
level demo tape. By the end of the course you will have confirmed completion
of both a print and an annotated video portfolio with labels, and a resume.
Upon successful
completion of this
course you will be able to…
1. Visualize
a concept and communicate it in one of several media.
2. Create and produce a 3D computer generated animation.
3. Evaluate tasks and create a production schedule to execute within a given
timeframe.
4. Evaluate tasks and match to appropriate hardware.
5. Develop decision making, problem solving and reasoning skills.
